Darshan Shah FCA & RV is a founder & director at FairVal Advisors and a practising Chartered Accountant. He is a senior finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in Valuation and Financial Advisory Services. His experience spans across various areas including Valuation, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Fund Raising, Investment & Treasury, Business Planning & Strategy, Financial Disputes & Litigation etc.
Darshan is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), M.Com. LL.B. and IBBI Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets (SFA) with Reg. No. - IBBI/RV/06/2021/14298. Prior to FairVal Advisors, he has worked with RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP, one of the finest Valuation consulting firms in India for almost a decade advising on some of the largest & complex Valuation engagements in India and abroad. He also acts as an Advisor to Corporates delivering services on business planning & strategy, M&A, deal structuring, fund raising, capital restructuring and dispute resolution.
